KTGY Irvine – Elevate Winter Wellness

Story

The Irvine’s Wellness Committee set up different events during KTGY’s Winter Wellness Week for employees to participate in. The week started off with a friendly and healthy competition of Wellness Bingo and healthy juices provided on-site from Nekter with “Movember” mustache straws to raise awareness for Men’s Health.

We had a lunch and learn with Equinox gym where we learned about commitment and what employees can do to set goals to achieve a better and healthier lifestyle.

The last event (and office favorite) were on-site massages! This helped employees reduce some stress after a nice 4-day holiday break.
