KTGY Irvine – Intern Design Day

Story

KTGY Irvine Intern Design Day 2019 was an intense two-day design challenge. Based on a design competition from NASA the interns, Declan, Sneha, and Maryam, were prompted to research the design challenges of surviving on Mars as well as designing a 3D-printed habitat to overcome those challenges. Their diverse backgrounds influenced their process and aspects of design that they chose to highlight in their presentation.

Thanks to all three interns on their hard work this summer!
