KTGY LA answered the SOS of their team member, Janiece Williams, a Houston native who like many, moved by the devastation cast by Hurricane Harvey, sparked a donation drive in the LA Studio on Friday, September 1st. Janiece, overjoyed by the outpouring of support, left the office headed into the Labor Day weekend with a car full of relief supplies to be sent to her hometown through her charity, Houstonians of Los Angeles. It’s inspiring to see how quickly people can make a difference by pulling together. Thank you to Janiece for coordinating these efforts and the LA Studio donors for their support!
