Thanks to all who participated in the Warm Springs Area 4 Design Charrette last night! The design exercise tackled four building typologies that is part of a 111 acre Master Plan adjacent to the new Warm Springs BART Station in Fremont. The building typologies included: 4-Story Stacked Flats, 4-Story Row Homes, 3-Story Townhomes, and 4-Story Podium.
