What It’s About:
It’s no secret that millennials aren’t buying homes at the same rate as previous generations. However, studies show that their desire for homeownership is just as high. While there are many reasons keeping them from buying, perhaps we can design homes that reduce the financial hurdles holding them back while creating communities that entice them to buy. We’ll explore design ideas that keep the cost of entry low while providing an exciting place to live.
