San Francisco-based real estate company Legacy Partners will build a 323-unit, seven-story apartment complex in Denver’s Golden Triangle neighborhood, the company said Tuesday.

The project will be built on 2.3 acres on Speer Boulevard between 13th and 14th avenues, with groundbreaking planned in August.

“This highly visible location is in close proximity to major demand drivers in Denver and has direct access to desirable Golden Triangle and downtown amenities, making it ideal for a luxury apartment development,” said Spencer Stuart, senior managing director of Legacy Partners.

“We have thoughtfully planned the community to include rich amenities and to accommodate a work-life balance for those working directly in-home, in our shared office space or elsewhere in the Denver area,” he added.

Legacy Partners acquired the land and will develop the project in partnership with USAA Real Estate Co.

“This transaction reinforces USAA’s strategy of investing in Class A, urban infill, transit-oriented, multi-family ground-up developments in major markets across the US,” said Len O’Donnell, president and CEO of USAA Real Estate Co.

The Denver office of national architecture firm KTGY will design the project.
