KTGY’s Community Planning and Urban Design Studio understands how the physical characteristics of every space influence the way we think, how we feel and what we do. By respecting the land, creating opportunities for health and wellness, and connecting people physically, emotionally and socially to one another, planning and urban design have the power to transform and improve our everyday lives. This process begins by listening to the natural conditions of the site, to its culture and history, and to the people with a vested interest in their community’s future. Our goal is to create value on multiple levels: culturally, socially and economically. Our ability to collaborate and execute creative and pragmatic design solutions in a strategic and compelling manner results in resilient, vibrant and memorable places.
