KTGY Architecture + Planning unveiled details behind the design of Artistry Cincinnati, a 344-unit mixed-use development along the Ohio River in downtown Cincinnati. Developed by Milhaus, which previously developed an Artistry community in its native Indianapolis, the seven-story building at 601 E. Pete Rose Way is under construction, with delivery scheduled for late 2021.

“Artistry’s prominent location along the river and within walking distance of the downtown business district presented us with an opportunity to engage the riverfront, but in order to do so, we had to navigate challenges created by the site’s topography,” said Craig Pryde, principal in the Chicago office of KTGY.

“Artistry is really an incredible project,” said Jake Dietrich, VP of development at Milhaus. “Not only is it a much-awaited solution to a challenging site, but it’s also an art-focused, institutional-size project in an opportunity zone, making it a dynamic type of investment.”
