The concept of attainability applies to the wants and needs of the entire universe of homebuyers: boomers looking for single-level homes to downsize to, Gen Xers who want homes that can grow with their families, and first-time buyers on a quest for homes that they can not only afford but also offer good design and features that will help persuade them to make the leap to homeownership. In his presentation, Nick Lehnert will offer new ideas on how to attract both younger and older buyers and how to design and build homes that are attainable for both buyers and builders.
