Pauline Weaver Senior Apartments Fremont

Government officials and development team members gathered to commemorate the completion of The Pauline Weaver Senior Apartments, a new 90-unit multifamily rental community in Fremont, CA. Nonprofit developer Eden Housing hosted a grand opening at 47003 Mission Falls Ct. in the Warm Springs area.

The new community sits on a 2.25-acre site at Warren Avenue and Mission Falls Court, near I-880 freeway, transportation, shopping and services. Designed by KTGY Architecture + Planning, the project is for seniors age 62 and older who earn between 30% and 50% of the AMI.

The building’s U-shape configuration creates a safe and tranquil interior courtyard, as well as a sound buffer to Warren Avenue and the railway track. The courtyard is designed to be a natural extension of the community spaces, which includes a community room, fitness room, and reading lounge/computer room.

The project is named after Pauline Weaver, a longtime advocate for affordable housing in California.
