Chris Texter has established an award-winning portfolio of clients and projects that span community types, encompassing new development, single-family for-sale, multi-family for-rent or for-sale, and 55+ communities. Mr. Texter’s responsibilities include client relationships, project team selection and supervision through the design process, entitlements, project coordination, building department approvals and construction administration.
With more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Texter has built a wealth of design knowledge and technical expertise, largely focused on residential communities, where he leads architectural teams to create the most innovative developments that respond to the way we live today. Mr. Texter’s team members are recognized thought leaders who are continually searching for ways to evolve home designs in all arenas. Along with new development, Mr. Texter’s practice area includes pioneering work on: small lot, infill build-to-rent, new developments, entitlements, and master planned communities.
