Smita Anand leads the design and production of multifamily and both attached and detached single-family homes for KTGY’s Tysons office. Ms. Anand’s expertise ranges from production homes designed for major builders such as Toll Brothers, EYA, Lennar, Winchester Homes, Brookfield Homes, M/I Homes, Miller and Smith, D.R. Horton, K. Hovnanian as well as multifamily communities for developers such as Trammell Crow Residential, Woodfield Communities, NVR, ARHA and Stanley Martin Communities.

Ms. Anand has won numerous awards for her work, most notably several National NAHB BALA, NVBIA GALA Awards for Excellence and the SMC Silver and Gold Merit awards.
