As an Associate Principal at KTGY, Tien-Shin Shen brings over 22 years of experience in residential architecture to his role. Mr. Shen is responsible for overall project management from entitlement through construction observation, team coordination and client communications. The ability to interface well with the project team promotes excellent working relationships with the clients while targeting the goals and objectives of the projects.

Mr. Shen is experienced in entitlements, project coordination, design development, building department approvals and construction administration. Mr. Shen’s ability to coordinate with the city staff from planning through building department plan checks is one of the keys to a projects success.
