They are located close to both Sunset Bronson and Sunset Gower Studios.
The project, called the Tamarind 6, is located on a nearly 6,500-square-foot property at the northwest corner of Fountain and Tamarind Avenues. Developer Valley Elite Management Group has build six single-family homes, each featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and dedicated parking garages.
KTGY Architecture + Planning designed the houses, which all stand three stories in height and feature rooftop decks.
A grand opening is expected in January 2020, according to a project website.
The small lot houses are located within walking distance of Sunset Bronson Studios, which now houses the Los Angeles area offices of Netflix, and Sunset Gower Studios, which is poised for a major expansion in the coming years.
