Boulder View Apartments

Boulder View is a unique community located in the Gunbarrel neighborhood of Boulder, Colorado. It has been designed to provide a transition between the single-family neighborhood to the north and the higher density Gunbarrel Town Center to the south. The buildings are situated to create an urban presence along Lookout Road and the future Main Street as well as to hide the parking within the community. The units have been oriented to maximize the stunning views to the south and to the west. Catering to the young demographic and their active lifestyle, this site layout also creates connectivity to the neighborhood and the adjacent trail system. The apartment homes provide foyers with designated recreational equipment storage in most units. Many of the units have oversized closets called “Gear Closets” that have a grid with hooks to hang up skis, bicycles and more. Bike Rails (called “runnels”) have been installed in all of the buildings so residents can more easily push their bicycles up the stairs to their units.
