KTGY is the Architect of Record for three design concepts for Fossil, a global design, marketing and distribution company that specializes in consumer fashion accessories. KTGY has developed prototypes for the Watch Station International Premium and Outlet Concepts and for the Large Format Outlet Concept. Store manuals are created for each Design Concept that encompass everything associated with the design of the store including all fixtures and materials specifications. KTGY produces surveys using their Mobile Design Studio, consisting of everything needed to conduct work on-site. KTGY has its own survey app which allows KTGY to speed up the entire design process even further. The entire project from survey to CD production is conducted in REVIT which allows a quicker design process from the start. Drawing the space 3D in REVIT produces an empty shell that can be used for layout design and to produce construction documents as well as a 3D model of any specific location. KTGY has worked with Fossil on 12 locations consisting of both new construction and tenant improvement.
