La Entrada

La Entrada is 2,200 acre hillside master planned community located along the eastern foothills of the Coachella Valley. It will become the new gateway into the City of Coachella from the east. The property is a hillside development that will provide approximately 6,000 new homes within 3 villages at a variety of price-points. The 3 villages are separated by 2 major wash/drainage zones yet linked with a central spine road and pedestrian paseo system approximately 2 miles long. The proposed “keystone” to the project will be a regional soccer facility with soccer / multi-functional stadium venue to seat approximately 23,000 people and programmed throughout the year to accommodate, sporting events, music festivals, regional events, etc. The over-arching concept is to work with the land, slopes, and natural features to minimize physical and visual impacts to the natural topography.
