Located in the heart of San Jose’s Japantown, Mio Japantown brings much needed housing to an up and coming neighborhood. Taking queues from traditional Japanese architecture, the building features wood detailing, horizontal lines and deep roof overhangs. The project boasts two luxurious courtyards, one for active uses and one for passive uses. The active courtyard includes BBQs, dining areas and a spa. The passive courtyard has a Zen-like feel with lounge areas, water features and lush gardens. There are also ample indoor amenities including a media lounge, entertainment area, kitchen and fitness room.
