Outlook Golden Ridge

Outlook Golden Ridge is a transit-oriented community located in Golden, Colorado across from the 6th Avenue expressway near the Golden light rail station. A pedestrian oriented landscape mall runs through the middle of the development connecting the project to a pedestrian bridge serving the lightrail station on one side and to the adjacent developments on the other. The development features two 3-story walkup apartment buildings and four 4-story corridor buildings with elevators. Ground floor retail, leasing offices and a community clubhouse with outdoor pool occupy ground floor spaces opening onto the pedestrian mall. Other amenities include a dog park and community garden.
