Story
The single-story Clubhouse is the latest in Active Adult Community amenities, reacting to both what residents need and what they want. The Clubhouse is a fully integrated building, combining lounge, library, a demonstration kitchen, fitness facilities, multipurpose rooms and a full size indoor swimming pool. The use of modern materials like metallic porcelain tile, brightly colored stucco, standing seam metal roofing, and lightweight cast concrete paneling also enhance the appeal of the exterior of the Clubhouse. As the focal point of the development the Clubhouse stands out as a reminder to the residents that they are part of the hippest new community in the country.
