Sonata

Sonata offers three two-story Craftsman-style Built for Better Living® energy-efficient, comfortable and durable single-family detached homes in the heart of wine country. It was designed specifically as a great get-away, possibly a second home, for a couple coming from the Bay Area for weekends in wine country with friends. The objective was to create quaint homes with front porches that truly opened up to the living space. This was accomplished by placing the kitchen in the middle of the plan, allowing the dining space to open to the front porch and establish site lines from the front to back of the home. The big kitchen island is the central hub, where friends gather with a glass of wine. Sonata’s floor plans range from approximately 1,492 to 2,035 square feet with two-four bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three baths and one-car garage.
