The Resort at New Haven

Located at the center of the newly developed New Haven community is the Napa Valley winery-inspired clubhouse. Exposed beams enhance the winery design while the modern design elements such as a roll-up garage door bring a light and clean feel to the space. Bold and welcoming, residents will find multiple seating areas, a gas fireplace and a screened in patio. Each space encourages community interaction and deepens the cooperative spirit. The view from the clubhouse looks onto the pool deck where families can enjoy the beach entry style pool, spa and children’s splash pad. Flanking the pool is a second building where residents can play ping pong, enjoy the welcome bar, peacefully work or study in the office, or enjoy a bar-b-que with family and friends in the shaded outdoor dining area.
