To create that vision, the designers selected materials including gray brick and natural stone, steel, wood and a natural color palette that speaks to the many natural wonders of Northeastern Wisconsin. Titletown is a vibrant neighborhood designed and programmed to bring the community together. This community provides lushly landscaped, wide sidewalks and serves as a transition from the activity of the public plaza to the existing adjacent single-family neighborhood.
