Its unique and contemporary design complements an existing historical structure providing 90,000 SF on two levels with 3 levels of subterranean parking. Skylights bathe light to spaces containing everything from organic offerings to dining experiences. Loading and servicing are seamlessly hidden within the rear of the building, allowing the front two sides to show off a charming restoration of the existing building.
