What It’s About:

The wave of future growth is a blend of suburban and urban living. Today’s buyers crave the walkability and convenience found in urban settings, but the accompanying rents and home prices cut deeply into their income. They also want the schools and amenities that the suburbs provide, but don’t want to give up anything the city has to offer. By combing the two, an environment is created that brings the best of the urban lifestyle to the suburbs. So, how can developers bring high-density, urban-style design to suburban locations at an attainable sales price? Our panel of experts will discuss the design trends that are turning renters into buyers, what they do and don’t want, how they want to live and what you can do to attract them.
