Capitol Square Apartments is new affordable community in the historic capitol of Colorado. This modern multi-generational development takes design cues from the surrounding neighborhood. Clean lines emphasize the aesthetic and sit in contrast to the highly detailed historic capitol building. Attracting both young professionals and empty nester looking for a walkable urban home, Capitol Square Apartments features unit sizes that address the ever-increasing need for affordability in the downtown core. The steeply sloped site provided designers the opportunity to create access to basement level parking without including a ramp inside the building, saving on construction costs. The u-shaped design opens the interior units to views of the mountains.
