With professional degrees and experience in architecture, landscape, and urban planning, Lily Ciammaichella provides an interdisciplinary background to her multifamily, affordable, mixed-use, and transit-oriented development projects. Ms. Ciammaichella brings knowledge of green building, CalGreen, LEED, and Green Point to each project, fostering and conveying her passion for sustainability. Her priorities include intersecting landscape and architecture to create healthy, highly efficient, and cost-saving green buildings. Attention to these principles is integral to all stages of development, and Ms. Ciammaichella implements this degree of detail at every stage: from design to construction and micro to macro. Ms. Ciammaichella believes all elements serve a purpose in how people and buildings can live more sustainably. Ms. Ciammaichella has managed projects across the United States and specializes in finding innovative design solutions to maximize a site’s distinctive qualities. As director of the high-density design studio in KTGY’s Oakland office, Mrs. Ciammaichella is responsible for the design, leadership, and coordination of project team members and consultants throughout the design process.
