Janet Dennerline applies expertise in contract law and engineering to resolve conflict and guide stakeholders to a single beneficial goal. Specializing in issues related to the AEC industry, she provides legal and risk management services as KTGYT’s in-house counsel. Janet relies on extensive litigation experience and draws on a background in construction and civil engineering. As KTGY’s first in-house attorney, she built the legal department into a center for contract negotiation, claims and litigation handling. Janet prides herself on being a collaborator whose unique experiential mix enables her to resolve conflicts in a way that satisfies all parties.

Janet is active in local bar associations and sits on boards and committees for several non-profit entities in her community. Her work has earned a nomination from the Orange County Business Journal, and her goal is to augment KTGY’s design expertise with legal expertise, guiding design staff through efficient and thorough business practices.
