With an eye to good design, Bill oversees all aspects of design and production, including design guidelines, site planning, schematic design, and construction documentation. As principal at KTGY, he lends extensive skill and experience to coordinating development between consultant teams, jurisdiction requirements, codes and any factors that limit development.

Licensed in ten states, Bill recognizes how trends and market-specific intricacies affect how a building is perceived. The ability to align all aspects of a development within the target demographic has made him a well-respected expert in his field. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and has been quoted in numerous publications nationwide. Bill is a member of Professional Builder magazine’s Forty Under Forty, Class of 2019.
