Dana Seabury is the regional development director for KTGY’s Oakland office. She specializes in navigating her clients through the complexities of real estate development in the Bay Area and Northern California. More than 15 years of industry experience inform her perspective into the needs and challenges that clients face over the lifetime of a project — how supply and demand, the market, product and geography impact the bottom line. With this deep industry knowledge, Dana prides herself on meeting the client at any stage in the project. At KTGY, she establishes and implements business development strategies for the for-sale and high-density studios across the Bay Area and Northern California.

A shared well of experience is one thing that makes her invaluable to the client, and her experience stems from time spent in each phase of real estate development. Dana began her career in property management, quickly moving into a position supervising 3,000 residential units. After consulting on real estate software, she started managing high-end residential renovations. Her experience led to a business development role where she expanded commercial real estate opportunities in the Bay Area. Now she uses her experience to empathize with the challenges her clients face and bring KTGY to the table as an equal partner.
