Jessica Candaele is the national business development director. Over the past 15 years, she has honed her experience in project management, business development, marketing, and outreach through roles with top-ranked ENR architecture and engineering firms. In her current role, she is responsible for the development and implementation of studio-level business development strategies and analyzing real estate trends relevant to studio goals. Jessica is a highly organized, resourceful, and articulate individual who thrives on making a meaningful difference in the organization for which she works and the community in which she lives.
She began her career as an environmental consultant, where she conducted and managed real estate due diligence and environmental constraints analysis for a myriad of project types. Jessica’s technical and business background has provided her with a unique skill set to address business development objectives. She also possesses a strong background in organizational leadership, cultivated through her volunteerism. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute and serves on both local and national committees.
