Lauren Young is responsible for strengthening and growing client relationships in the Washington, D.C. Metro, Mid-Atlantic, Northeast and Southeast regions of the United States. She contributes to the firm’s client-focused initiatives and is responsible for the proposal and implementation of studio-level business development strategies.
Lauren has more than 25 years of experience in business development, marketing, and strategic planning in the architecture, engineering and construction industry and most recently served as an associate partner and head of business development for an architecture, engineering and interior design firm. Lauren’s professional background has provided her with a unique skill set to address business development objectives.
She is an active member of industry organizations and is currently serving on the Urban Land Institutes (ULI) Washington’s Housing Initiative Council, the membership committee of the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association (NVBIA), and the membership committee of the District of Columbia Building Industry Association (DCBIA). She is also a member of the DC Real Estate Group, Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), D.C. Chapter and is a member and past president of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), Washington, D.C.
Lauren was the recipient of SMPS’ 2016 Ginny Solomon Golden Tuba Award, which is bestowed annually to an individual who has made outstanding contributions to professional services, marketing, and the D.C. chapter.
