Conversely, the 15-story building creates premium views for each unit with a stunning window wall system accented by aluminum fins that emit a shimmering copper color along with reflected light as the sun moves around the building. Designed in close collaboration with KTGY Interiors, the design takes cues from iconic architecture with tactile touches drawn from the community and interior materials that are inspired by the local landscape. Ground level commercial space and four floors of parking enhance the pedestrian experience and reduce street parking. Residential options ranging from affordable units to luxury penthouses reflect an aspirational vision of Inglewood growing around the new stadium.
