At Symphony Park in Las Vegas, KTGY’s designers brought three residential buildings, Auric, Bria and Capella to life. These stylish, aspirational apartment buildings offer luxury living and high-end design, reflecting Las Vegas’s grand plan for its downtown cultural district. Key to the master plan, the residential phase is a melodic counterpoint to the district’s other architectural highlights.
Bria, the luxury low rise, features a boutique design that captures the refined energy of the arts district through installations and accessible walkup units. A clean contemporary façade changes from a soft cream to a cool black as it transitions upward. The building features a full suite of resort-style amenities including yoga studios, a swimming pool, resident lounges and much more. Bria’s design extends subtly from the ground level, with lower-level facades that closely resemble Capella’s retail frontage. Grand gestures, care for detail and responsibility to context help Bria, Capella and Auric create a clear architectural identity that solidifies a sense of place for this phase of Symphony Park.
