Copper Valley Town Center is located in Calaveras County, California and situated in Northern California, close to Lake Tulloch. It is envisioned as a residential and entertainment district, with a warehouse retail district, recreation and inviting public spaces complimenting the existing Town Center area. The current on-site warehouse will be repurposed into a food court that sits at one entrance to the new town center area. This warehouse district will include approximately 26,000 square feet of retail and dining, a brewery, about 8,000 square feet of office space, an event lawn, fire pits, kids play area, a boardwalk and residential loft units ranging from 700–1,300 square feet. Along the southwest area of the site, for rent modular bungalow units, complete with a recreation area and two parks are planned. The southeast portion of the site will include two townhome sites, approximately 12,000 square feet of office space, a 6,000 + square feet gym as well as a five-acre event site that includes mini golf, pickleball, axe throwing, indoor shooting range, gold panning and open space.
