Murphy Creek is a walkable, fee-simple townhome community of 174 homes. There are four floor plans of townhomes ranging in size from 1,520 square feet of living area to 2,094 square feet of living area. This unique concept of provides high quality rental homes on fee- simple lots with the possibility of sale as individually owned homes. The architectural character matches the existing character of the Murphy Creek area and follows the architectural guidelines for townhomes found in the Murphy Creek GDP. All elevations facing the street incorporate a minimum of 30 percent masonry, either brick or stone, with many elevations far exceeding this minimum. All townhomes incorporate a covered porch welcoming residents and guests. The main roof line incorporates a 5 to 12 roof pitch and all roofing is composite shingles with a 30-year warranty. In addition, all units have a rear loaded garage thereby enhancing the streetscape by eliminating garages and driveways in the fronts of the homes. Variety in the architecture is provided by a mix of four-plex, five-plex and six-plex buildings, numerous color schemes combined with a variety of masonry types.
