Located immediately adjacent to the BART station in Fremont, Reilly Station provides a new, affordable community within the expansive Warm Springs masterplan. Reilly Station features a white, gray, charcoal and red color-block façade. The above grade parking structure is shared with the adjacent apartment community, Canyon Flats, and features a three-tiered lift system to maximize the site and increase efficiency. Additionally, Reilly Station makes use of a variety of green technologies such as solar photovoltaic panels, a solar thermal system, low-flow toilets and showerheads, high-efficiency fixtures and appliances and smart timers on irrigation systems.
