Denver Wellness Week:

MONDAY
We introduced our game for the week, Wellness Bingo, activities to be accomplished throughout the week were listed in individual squares, the goal was to complete enough tasks to get BINGO!
A stress management Lunch & Learn was the perfect way to start the week.

TUESDAY
Build your own breakfast bowl, everyone enjoyed an assortment of berries, yogurt and granola.

WEDNESDAY
Breathing, strength, stretching and relaxation. Our Yoga instructor, David guided us through an amazing Vinyasa series, we left feeling restored and uplifted.

THURSDAY
15-minute chair massages, need we say more.

FRIDAY
We wrapped up Wellness Bingo and awarded prizes. (The prize for completing one row of bingo was a succulent plant. If you completed black out, your name was entered into a drawing for 3 gift cards to healthy lunch spots)
