Throughout the school year volunteer staff from KTGY’s Los Angeles office provide Bell High School ACE students with bi-weekly hands-on learning activities and field trips relating to the fields of design and construction to educate, mentor and inspire these students throughout the school year. Students are presented with a lesson and then an activity and dinner.

Story

The Los Angeles office has participated in the ACE (Architecture-Construction-Engineering) Mentor Program Los Angeles for the past 5 years and includes coordinated bi-weekly meetings, project tours, “fieldtrips” related to design or architecture, scholarships for trade schools or universities, and scholarships for summer programs. KTGY ACE volunteers are: Anabel Martinez, project manager; Liz Vento, project associate; Maria Setaro, project associate; Fernanda Frisby, senior designer; Arthur Zohrabians, project associate; and Oliver Inauen, project manager.
