Tysons’ Wellness Week:

Monday: Make Your Own Breakfast Parfait Day
We provided yogurt, granola, fresh fruits, and more; a healthy and colorful way to start the day.

Tuesday: Get Up and Move!
We encouraged people to not be stuck sitting at their desks all day.  We asked employees to take a walk outside, around the office for a stretch, or take the stairs! We also took a lunchtime walk along a trail behind our office building.

Wednesday: Namaste Wednesday – Yoga Class
We had an evening yoga-hhhh class, the perfect way to re-center our minds mid-week.

Thursday:  In-Office Massages
We had 2 massage therapists come in and give 10-minute chair massages for employees.  The atmosphere in the office was wonderfully zen!

Friday: Bingo
We printed Bingo cards with lots of different ways to check off boxes to win.  Participating in any of the week’s activities, doing 10 jumping jacks or a 30-second plank, and our favorite, singing your favorite workout song, were just a few of the bingo challenges!  Our 6 winners got to pick a gift card of their choice from athletic stores (under armor, dicks sporting goods) and healthy food options (sweet green and tropical smoothie)!
