COVO – Small Lot Houses Debut in Silver Lake

Planet Home Living has announced that COVO, a collection of small lot homes in Silver Lake, will hold its grand opening this Saturday, April 22.

Located at 1433 1/2 N. Waterloo Street, the project features 10 standalone houses with prices starting in the low $1 millions. The residences span up to 2,000 square feet each and feature 3 bedrooms, 3 to 3.5 bathrooms and a private 2-car garage.

The project was designed by KTGY Architecture + Planning, with modern exteriors of metal sidings and floor plans that emphasize outdoor decks and rooftop terraces.
