East Coast Firm CAX Merges with California-Based KTGY

Irvine, Calif.–based KTGY Group Inc. Architecture and Planning has announced its recent merger with Tysons Corner, Va.–based CAX, expanding KTGY’s reach to the East Coast and providing nationwide services to its clients in the single-family, multifamily, senior communities, student and military housing, and mixed-use sectors.
CAX’s offices—which serve the Washington, D.C., Boston, and the New York/New Jersey metro areas, as well as the Carolinas—are now part of the KTGY family, which serves Southern and Northern California, the Salt Lake City area, Denver, Las Vegas, and Phoenix.
According to KTGY’s CEO, Tricia Esser, the two firms share similar cultures, reputations, and design approaches, making the merger a natural step.
CAX principal Rohit Anand will lead KTGY’s new Tysons Corner office.
