Gables Pointe 14, a 370-unit multi-building apartment community has opened in the Fort Myer Heights neighborhood of Arlington. Developed by Gables Residential, the community is located nearby the Court House and Rosslyn Metro stations, and is less than two miles from the Georgetown/West End area of Washington, D.C.

KTGY Architecture + Planning designed the LEED Silver Certified property, which features two residential buildings with a below-grade garage, a six-story mid-rise and a 12-story, high-rise building offering studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartment homes, as well as townhomes. The apartment homes range in size from 445 to 1,558 square feet. The community is located at 1351 N. Rolfe St. Amenities include a 24-hour communal work center with a business bar and conference rooms, a lifestyle fitness center featuring fitness on-demand classes, bike storage, resident lounge with free Wi-Fi, theatre room, dog wash station and concierge services.

“This is an exciting, urban-infill development located on a two-acre triangular-shaped site with challenging topography,” said Ben Kasdan, associate principal at KTGY’s Tysons office. “The tremendous collaboration with property owners, the county, and the community resulted in a best-in-class, highly amenitized for-rent residential community in a convenient location near transit, employment, shopping, dining and entertainment.”
