Begin the new year with a clear understanding of the economic forecast in our backyard. What will construction and housing activity look like in 2018? What is the current status of employment and personal income? SMPS-OC is proud to host Chapman University’s 2018 Economic Forecast with Raymond Sfeir, Ph.D., Director of the A. Gary Anderson Center for Economic Research and Anderson Chair of Economic Analysis. Celebrating its 40th Anniversary, Chapman’s forecast is nationally renowned. The Chapman Econometric Model, developed by faculty and students, analyzes the California economy and greater global economic trends to provide businesses and organizations the information they need to make more effective planning and investment decisions.

Recently joining the program is Ken Ryan, Principal of KTGY Architecture + Planning. Ken has served as a Chairman on several boards in Orange County and is a two-term past Mayor of the City of Yorba Linda. Ken will help lead our discussion on what the Economic Forecast will mean for local agencies and our firms. Don’t miss the opportunity to take valuable information back to your firm!
