IRVINE, Calif. – KTGY, a leading full-service architecture, branding, interior and planning firm focused on residential, retail, hospitality and mixed-use developments, today announced that Bryan Sevy, LEED AP has been named principal. Sevy was formerly an associate principal.

“Bryan Sevy’s promotion to principal will come as no surprise to those who have had the privilege of working with him,” said Tricia Esser, CEO of KTGY. “For the past 20 years, Bryan has been an integral part of KTGY. His commitment and dedication have elevated our work and the future of KTGY.”

Sevy joined KTGY as a project designer after graduation from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, California, with a Bachelor of Architecture (Magna Cum Laude) in 2002. Sevy offers a comprehensive understanding of land development and builder processes that are inherent to residential and mixed-use communities. This helps him to excel as a leader who understands the client’s demands, both in the for-sale and rental markets. Sevy brings his years of experience to skillfully oversee the life span of projects from conceptual planning through construction.

“Bryan has established himself as a sought-after designer and project leader in the industry for his depth of knowledge and experience and for listening intently to clients to design a wide variety of creative projects. Clients value his contribution and vision and greatly trust in him to design successful projects,” said Chris Texter, managing principal and board member at KTGY. “As principal, Bryan strengthens KTGY through his leadership, cultivating designers, and value to clients for his talent and reliance embracing each client and project with the utmost importance.”
