A Look Inside South Park’s Olympic & Olive

KTGY Architecture + Planning has offered a look inside Olympic & Olive, a recently-completed residential development located in South Park.

Named for its location at the southwest corner of Olympic Boulevard and Olive Street, the project the building is geared towards short- and long-term business travelers, according to Mapletree Investments, the property owner.

The six-story complex features 201 studio, one- and two-bedroom units, each with a fully-equipped kitchen.  Prices start at $159 per night, with variations based on date and the unit type.

Numerous common outdoor spaces are incorporated throughout the building, including a rooftop observation area and a podium-level pool deck.
