Titletown is part of an economic strategy and multi-phased real estate development of land immediately adjacent to historic Lambeau field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The Titletown neighborhood delivers a vibrant mixeduse community featuring a luxury hotel and spa, contemporary dining options, a tech hub, creative office spaces and KTGY-designed luxury townhome living community centered around a public plaza with a full-sized turf football field, one-acre children’s playground, sledding hill, ice skating rink and outdoor gathering spaces built with iconic views of Lambeau Field and the legacy of a storied franchise.

Phase One of Titletown, which opened in 2016, includes lodging, entertainment, food and beverage, and corporate offices. Phase Two includes 54 luxury townhomes adjacent to the central open space, children’s playground and full-sized football field for Green Bay residents and visitors. KTGY designed two contemporary styles of luxury townhomes in this project: 27 front-load homes on the north side of Brookwood Drive with front-entry garages and premium interior/exterior living space overlooking the Titletown plaza, and 27 rear-load homes on the south side of Brookwood Drive with rear-entry garages and street-facing interior/exterior living space. An additional 29 units will be included in Phase Two of the development.

The townhomes have both a livable and party-style layout to allow use as a primary residence or a destination experience during the football season. The units are designed with large amounts of vision glass to provide a connection to the activity of the surrounding area while still allowing for privacy when desired.

Each three-story townhome offers an end unit or interior unit with two- or three-bedroom and two- to three- bath layouts, with a ground-level bonus room that is adjacent to an outdoor patio space. The primary living space is located on the second floor of each unit type and features a kitchen/dining area overlooking the outdoor patio and a living room/ den option. A balcony is provided near the kitchen and dining space in each unit on the second floor. The primary bedroom suite and secondary bedrooms are situated on the third floor of every unit.

An open staircase connects all levels, and nine to ten-foot ceilings provide a level of luxury and space consistent with future residents’ lifestyles and expectations. Large windows and sliding doors provide excellent daylighting of the interior spaces.

The exterior design pays homage to the area’s industrial history and natural surroundings while envisioning Greater Green Bay’s burgeoning future. To create that vision, the designers selected materials including gray brick and natural stone, steel, wood and a natural color palette that speaks to the many natural wonders of Northeastern Wisconsin. The exterior style of both buildings is a contemporary use of red iron spot masonry veneer for the ground floor, complementing the larger residential apartment building to the west and fiber cement panels. Natural wood tones have been established as the primary material selections in a contemporary style that complements the building’s architecture on the exterior.

Titletown brings a walkable neighborhood of new homes, innovative businesses, restaurants, recreation and entertainment with the energy of game day year-round. Connected, energetic and authentic, Titletown is a vibrant neighborhood designed and programmed to bring the community together. This community provides lushly landscaped, wide sidewalks and serves as a transition from the activity of the public plaza to the existing adjacent single-family neighborhood. This walkable community thoughtfully balances small-town charm, entrepreneurial spirit, urban excitement and outdoor activities to make Titletown an ideal place to live, work and play – no matter the season.
