Mission Court Senior Apartments – Fremont Affordable Development Breaks Ground

Hayward, CA-based nonprofit developer Eden Housing broke ground on Mission Court Senior Apartments, a new affordable housing community at 47003 Mission Falls Court in Fremont, CA. The development is envisioned to include 90 one-and two-bedroom apartment homes for very low and extremely low-income active adults 62 and better who earn between 30% and 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
The new three-story, U-shaped apartment home community is located in the Mission Falls master-planned community on a 2.25-acre site on the corner of Warren Avenue and Mission Falls Court, near transportation, shopping and services.
The project’s architect, KTGY Architecture + Planning’s Jessica Musick says, “The contemporary design continues a California legacy of simple, clean lines combined with energy efficiencies to create affordable housing that is sustainable and comparable to market-rate housing.”
Mission Court Senior Apartments is expected to be completed in November 2018.
