Bill Ramsey is inspired by good design — not just “luxurious” design, but design that tackles challenging jurisdiction with a creative approach. Success, according to Mr. Ramsey, is defined as a beautiful product that sells well. With a holistic vision, Mr. Ramsey oversees all aspects of a project, including design guidelines, site planning, schematic design, and construction documentation. He is highly skilled at coordinating projects with multiple consultant teams, various jurisdiction requirements and building codes.

Licensed in ten states, Mr. Ramsey recognizes how various trends and marketspecific intricacies affect how a project is perceived. The ability to align all aspects of a project within the target demographic has made him a well-respected expert in his field. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and has been quoted in numerous publications nationwide. Mr. Ramsey is a member of Professional Builder magazine’s 40 under 40 Class of 2019. Since joining KTGY in 2004, Mr. Ramsey and his team have won countless awards, most recently winning the top honor Gold Nugget Grand Awards and Best in American Living Gold Awards for single-family detached typologies.
