Brandon Wernli serves as an Executive Director, Production in KTGY’s Retail Studio and has more than 17 years of experience in all phases of retail project delivery. His experience encompasses a wide variety of retail and commercial developments including shopping center and mall ground up and renovation projects.

Mr. Wernli is an effective team leader with a highly-collaborative work ethic interfacing with all members of the design team, including clients, consultants, construction managers and contractors. He is adept at providing technical leadership and versatility in fulfilling complex coordination of various projects, building systems and construction, while adapting to challenging time frames to complete projects.

Mr. Wernli is well versed in scheduling, procedures, contracts and official documents as well as working closely with stakeholders and participants. His design development and construction document expertise coupled with his attention to detail have been instrumental in the successful completion of countless projects.
